Application for -Lille/Indian/10 years EU resident card

Current status -I have had local contract salarié Since 2019

I applied for a long-term EU resident permit for 10 years.

I just wanted to clarify, today préfecture sent me an email asking for l’attestation sur l’honneur du respect de la république française, i already provided them republican integration contract (CIR) which I signed when I moved to the local contract with all the documents submitted.

Am I making some mistake, is it not the same document or is there some other document to be provided?
