The schedule for new appointments on our website varies. They can be added at any time, whether in the morning or evening. Furthermore, these appointments could be for the following week or even for the next month.
The best way to secure an appointment is by frequently checking the website and refreshing the page. However, this process can be both frustrating and exhausting due to the constant attention required. Additionally, one must be cautious not to get blacklisted.

All you need to do is click on the link share in your email of the prefecture website, book time that you prefer, enter your email address, and mark the appointment in your calendar.
You will receive an email like this after booking a time.
You will also receive a confirmation document, known as a ‘convocation,’ which outlines the documents you need to bring to the appointment.
Remember to print the convocation and bring it with you to the appointment!
