Question that inspired this post:
I have a titre sejour talent passport which expires in November. When I go to renew it online it says it is too early and it must be done between 120th and 60th day before titre expires. As per this, I am past the 120th day. Has anyone else faced the same issue?

"Go back in and take a screenshot of the refusal, send the screenshot and a copy of your current TdS to ANEF and ask them how you should proceed."
"Take a screenshot of the expiry date in your account, and send them a copy of your TdS; pointing out the date discrepancy; ask them which date is correct and how to proceed. You need to ask them to either correct the date shown in the account OR they can give you an extension to your actual physical card. Can you make an appointment at your Prefecture to discuss this? You could also try your Mairie to see if they can help you (they might be able to contact the Prefecture on your behalf). Can you keep us posted on the result? (It might help other people in a similar situation)."

According to the French administrative guidelines, you should apply for the renewal of your residence permit between 4 months (120 days) and 2 months (60 days) before the expiration date of your current permit.
Since your permit expires in November, you should be eligible to apply for renewal now, as you are within this 120-day window.
Here are a few steps you can take to address the issue:
Double-Check Dates: Ensure that you are calculating the days correctly. If your permit expires in late November, you should be within 120 days.
Online System: Make sure you use the correct online renewal platform. The process is typically done through the ANEF website (Étrangers en France), where you can apply for or renew your residence permit.
Technical Issues: If the system still indicates it is too early, it could be a technical issue. Consider clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser.
Contact Prefecture: If the problem persists, contact your local prefecture for assistance. They may be able to provide guidance or manually process your application if there is an issue with the online system.
Documentation: Ensure you have all the necessary documents ready for submission, such as your current residence card, passport, proof of address, and any other required documents.
If others have faced similar issues, they might have shared their experiences on forums or expat communities, which could provide additional insights or solutions.
