"I got a talent passport but the company fired me during the probation period. Now, I have a situation where in order to find a new job I need to have or change to a normal "working visa" as my experience is not enough for the "talent passport" that's what the other companies told me during the interview process and they're unable to hire me because of this.
So, my questions are:
1) What are the necessary steps that I have to take in order to change my work visa?
2) Is the Talent Passport still valid as the company fired me during the probation period?
3) Is it still possible to find a job with a base salary of 36k - 40k Euros gross income with my current work visa?"

1) Your new employer must apply for sponsorship and get you Authorization de travail. Then you can apply for a normal work permit.
2) No, It will automatically be invalid if you apply to have the new regular work permit.
3) You can't work on Passport talent with this salary range. To retain your current Salarie qualifié-Passport talent you at least need 42k upwards from your new employment."

Secondly, write to your préfecture for information.
Thirdly, as far as I know, you can continue on the visa till you find a job. The job would determine whether you can / cannot continue on the same visa or if a change is required.
(P. S. Your eligibility for chômage and continued stay would depend on, I think, the duration of your professional life in France. Else you may need to apply for an APS.)"
